The SBID’s BID Bucks program is a fun and flexible way to give a gift or prize while also supporting SBID stakeholders. BID Bucks function as cash within the BID – $25 bills to be exact – and can be spent at participating businesses.  

The SBID will frequently run promotions offering BID Bucks as prizes, but they can also be purchased at cost by individuals or businesses from the BID Office. Because they can be redeemed at any of our participating businesses, anyone and everyone can take advantage of BID Bucks. They make great gifts during the holiday season or prizes to give out at events.  Contact us to purchase.

Information for Recipients of BID Bucks

BID Bucks can be used and spent like cash at any participating SBID businesses [View the List: Who Accepts BID Bucks]. Note: This list does not include every business in the SBID. 

Here’s how the transaction works: 

  • If your total purchase at your business of choice is more than $25, you pay any remaining amount on the sale. 
  • If your total purchase at your business of choice is less than $25, you forfeit the difference. No change will be given.
  • Our recommendation? Make sure your total is more than or equal to $25 to ensure you get the most out of your BID Buck! 
  • Make sure your contact information is clearly printed on the back of the BID Buck and then you’re done! The business will take your BID Buck and turn it into the BID for reimbursement. 
  • BID Bucks expire 2 years from the issue date (printed on the BID Buck). 

 Information for Businesses 

  • BID Bucks are to be used for the purchase of goods or services. 
  • Each BID Buck must have the required information filled out on the backside. Feel free to check an ID from the customer. 
  • Gone through all the steps? Now you’re ready to submit your BID Bucks. 
  • SBID Business owners can submit BID Bucks at the BID Office 1401 Tower Avenue, Suite 304, Monday through Friday, 9am – 4pm for reimbursement or call/text us at 715-394-3557 to arrange for a pick-up. 
  • Reimbursements are mailed 1-2 weeks following submission.
