Join Us at THE LOT!
THE LOT is a new space that is being developed as a place to gather to enjoy music, the arts and community in Downtown Superior within the SBID. Located at the 1200 block of Banks Avenue, THE LOT will continue to host the Superior Downtown Farmer’s Market and evolve to host future community events. The semi-portable outdoor space will be anchored by a newly built stage with room for community members to bring their own chairs, and will also feature picnic tables, tall spools holding string lights and planting containers to frame the area with greenery.
This project emerged as part of the Leadership Superior Douglas County 2023-2024 Program with focus on promoting community connection and support of citizens and our local businesses. THE LOT has come to fruition in partnership with the Superior Business Improvement District, the City of Superior and other community sponsors.

In addition to events hosted by the SBID and City, THE LOT will be available to host other community events. With access to electricity and the stage, THE LOT will make a perfect home for events such as concerts, art/craft fairs, community celebrations, movie nights – the sky is the limit!
