The SBID “Swag Bag” program is an effective tool to promote our businesses in the District to visitors. The SBID has partnered with a variety of local events, venues and organizations hosting visitors from out of town to provide them with Swag Bags featuring items from our local businesses. Bags will be given to visitors coming in for events like sports tournaments, community events, conferences and more!
Our goal is to fill the bag with useful items to encourage visitors to shop, dine, stay and play in the SBID while they’re in our community. This program is open to ALL SBID businesses.
The Details
- The SBID will provide branded tote bags with BID BUCKS and SBID info in every bag. We’ll add in whatever items are donated by businesses for inclusion. Bags will be assembled and delivered to the event by SBID staff.
- Promote your business with an item(s) for the bag. Think fun and useful items that would drive customers to your business: coupons, tokens to redeem a prize, branded promo items (pens, stickers, magnets, other swag), rack cards, business cards, etc. Whatever you choose, we will need a quantity of at least 150 of the items for inclusion.
- We’ll put a call out to participating businesses when new bag opportunities arise or we’re running low on your item(s) for inclusion.
Upcoming Opportunities
Numerous special events and conferences will be held all summer long. We are currently filling bags for distribution at a Regatta and the Wisconsin Public Education Network’s Summer Summit. Please provide a supply of at least 150 of your item to ensure you’re included in bag opportunities as they arise. Items can be dropped off at the SBID office or contact us for pickup or questions!
